赵老师是物理系教授、博士生导师,既可招硕士生,也可招博士生。
研究课题
(1) 新型氧化物磁性薄膜及纳米磁性材料的制备和物性研究。
(2) 功能氧化物薄膜复合结构的制备、物性研究及可能的器件应用(自旋电子学)
。
(3) 新型超导材料(如MgB2)的物性研究。
这些都是国际上很前沿的重要研究课题,涉及基础研究和应用。通过在本课题组的
工作,研究生和本科生的研究能力和水平有显著提高,都有机会在国外SCI期刊上发
表第一作者的文章,同时有助于提高他们在联系出国和工作方面的竞争力。
实验条件
德国进口的准分子激光器、准分子激光制膜腔体(3套)、磁控溅射制膜设备、100级
超净室及光刻设备、变温电阻率及磁化率测量设备、各种温度的烧结炉、光学电子显
微镜、进口天平等。最近,从211工程得到500万元用于从美国Quantum Design公司购
买高灵敏度电、磁测量系统。学校也将凝聚态物理实验基础研究作为今后物理系发展
的重点之一。这些国际水准的仪器和设备使我们能做出高水平的工作,这些工作也为
学生今后的发展奠定了很好的基础。
研究基础
有多年研究超导及氧化物磁性材料和薄膜的经验,并有在国外一流的薄膜制备及研究
的实验室的工作经验,和国内外一些一流实验室(美国马里兰大学超导中心、美国宾
州州立大学郗小星教授研究组、印度科学院Gopalakrishnan教授、中科院物理所国家
超导实验室赵忠贤院士、闻海虎主任、中科院物理所吕力研究员的研究组、周岳亮研
究员的研究组等)保持着密切联系和合作。这使我们的研究具有国际性和前沿性。目
前已发表SCI论文51篇;本人为第一作者的论文被SCI收录26篇,分别发表在Phys. Rev.
Lett. 、Appl. Phys. Lett. 、Phys. Rev. B等国外一流期刊,并在Phys. Rev. Lett.
、Appl. Phys. Lett. 、Phys. Rev. B、Reports on Progress in Physics、Physics
Reports等国外一流期刊上及综述文章中被多次引用,这些论文近五年被他人引用达126
次,本人为第一作者的论文被他人引用107次,其中单篇引用率最高为46次(第一作者)。
是国际知名期刊Physical Review B和 Physica C等的审稿人,国家自然科学基金及教
育部相关科研基金等的评审人。并获得多种学术奖励。
目前承担着国家自然科学基金、国家重大基础研究973项目、国家863项目、清华大
学重点基础研究项目等。
