Regarding your inquiry:

We regret to inform you that due to the ongoing outbreak of SARS in the
People's Republic of China, the May 10, 2003 TOEFL paper-based
administration has been canceled.

All questions related to this matter must be directed to our representative,
the China International Examinations Coordination Bureau (CIECB).  You may
contact the representative by telephone at 8610-6251-3994.  If you wish to
send a written inquiry, the mailing address is: No. 167 Haidian Road,
