I have attended the church several days ago. Really a very nice form of social
 activities.
They sing, exchange thoughts, share experiences with each other.
They make jokes of their government in their daily life.  Really much more fre
edom here
than in China. The media can persecute those corrupted officials with impunity
.
I went to San Francisco and walked onto the Golden Gate Bridge. Very beautiful
 place,
sunshine, blue sea, blue sky. The countryside is also very beautiful. Just lik
e living in a
garden. You do not have to pay driving on the highway. Hardly to see people he
re except at
the center of San Francisco which is quite like Wangfujing. But of course less
 people.
There are so many cars here. Almost everyone in the family possesses a car. Ca
rs here
are just as necessary for transportation as bicycles in China.
Yesterday I went to Walmart in a car driven by a Tsinghua alumni who has been
studying
here for four years. The supermarket here is just like those large ones in Chi
na but
vegetables are extremely expensive :(. A large tomato can cost one dollar. Heh
e
I hate american food!!! They always eat food and drink juice or milk which is
untolerably
cold. The meal I cooked for myself is much BETTER!
