My undergraduate GPA is around 3.1 and graduate 3.4.

Your GPAs are not impressive enough to make you stand out among other top
 grade applicants. You can list your major GPA or GPA of last two years of
 school, if they are higher than your cumulative GPA. In other words, find
 ways to make it looking more 
appealing. Hope this will help!

I see that you say GPA can be done in the last two years, but my undergra
duate university only offers GPA of four years. My GPA of last two years i
s greater than that of the four years. How can I do?

GPA really is not that important. I agree completely with the 9-step Guid
e, especially the first step talking about test scores. 

As to the last two years of your GPA, simply write a note along with your
 transcript to point out the fact that your later two years of GPA is high
er (better, if it is much higher) than the first two years'. Or you can me
ntion it in your personal 
statement. 

Also, many US schools will calculate your last two years of GPA for you w
ithout your instruction. They want to see for themselves.
