#WATCH
Using the /watch command you can watch for friends. If someone logs in/out that
is on your watchlist you will get a notification.
To add someone to your watchlist use "/watch [name]". Use "/watch" to review your watchlist.

#UNWATCH
Use /unwatch to remove someone from your watchlist.
