Garimto Wins Boxer in Ongamenet Starleague Final - Visitor @ 2001-12-28 
The highly anticipated Ongamenet Starleague Final held on December 28, 2001 
in Seoul, Korea finally got concluded with several memorable remarks. Garimt 
o (Protoss) delivered a dramatic come-from-behind victory to end 3(W)-2(L) v 
ersus the strongly favored SlayerS_BoxeR (Terran) in front of a gallery of a 
pproximately 15,000 people. Treated as one of nation's top celebrity and cas 
ually being called "The King of Terran", BoxeR despite once again performing 
 an unmatched talent gave in to Garimto who has been also regarded as "The M 
aster of Strategy". Garimto won the final with somewhat a surprise by repeat 
edly outgaming BoxeR in Incubus, the map thought-to-be favoring Terran and w 
as randomly pre-selected to be played twice in the final. 
The existing rivalry between BoxeR and Garimto heat up the fans of both play 
ers even before the match not only because of their superior levels of games 
 but also the publicly known criticizm by Garimto fingering BoxeR as 'a sly 
player with no skills' after the loss earlier this year when BoxeR fainting

p. Before the finals, many local game analysts and pro-gamers splited on the 
ir opinions on the outcome and rather predicted the finals would be the reig 
ning BoxeR's ever-toughest match giving a 50% winning chance for both player 
s. The victory by Garimto signals several significance as maybe an end to th 
e seemingly-unbeatable BoxeR's dynasty, and also a strong revival from the w
