可以的。
如果是wingate的代理服务器，那么应该这样设帐号：
在发送和接受邮件服务器栏目中填写wingate机器的地址。
pop3帐号用原pop3帐号加井号再加pop3服务器的地址。
如： yourname#pop3.xxx.xxx
