这是一个很好的软件，对用modem上网的虫虫来说。

我原来用的象starfish的internet meter之类的计时软件，对计费的支持都
不够好，不能自动算出应交费用。这个软件可以任意规定不同时段的计费方
法，规定优惠时段等等，自动算出费用。很方便。

在tucows可以找到。 3.0是最新的版本。

要注册码。我花了点时间解了一下，顺便写了个注册机，可发信向我要。或
