实际上是取该片平均分数与所有电影平均分数（6.9）的加权平均
所谓“权”，是该片票数和1250票的比。
其含义是，对于平均分6.9分，1250票的电影，其WR值仍为6.9
平均分高于6.9的，其票数高于1250越多，最后得分越接近其平均分
许多非美国电影票数太少，比如野蛮女友平均分8分多，但只有几
十票使得，最后的得分（WR）仍然比较接近6.9：
(94*8.4+1250*6.9)/(94+1250)=7.0


weighted rank (WR) = (v ÷ (vm)) × R + (m ÷ (v+m)) × C
 where:
  R = average for the movie (mean) = (Rating)
  v = number of votes for the movie = (votes)
  m = minimum votes required to be listed in the top 250 (currently 
1250)
  C = the mean vote across the whole report (currently 6.9)
 note: for this top 250, only votes from regular voters are considered.
