i can't agree with you,
going abroad does good to youself and to our country.
the year before last,
we were studying the feat of the scientists,
who did a lot of work during the manufacture of "two bombs and one satillite",
most of the outstanding scientists had the experience of going abroad,
doing good or harm to our country is palpable.
about 150 years ago,
we locked our country for centuries,
the disparity between the cultural world and us caused the pain 
we are even suppering now!
history can't go reverse,the same mistake can't be made for the second time.
